Please note, advertising with La Esquina TX must be confirmed before ad content is submitted. Ads will only run once payment has been received. When booking advertising with La Esquina TX, ensure you are doing so well in advance as most inventory typically sells out three weeks in advance or more.

Deadlines
Ad content must be submitted a minimum of 3 business days prior to the publication. If an image file is inconsistent with La Esquina TX’s ad specifications, the ad will be returned to the advertiser for modification. If content is submitted late or incorrectly, the advertiser risks having their ad not run or run as is.
Proofs
A screenshot proof of your ad will be sent for approval a minimum of one day before publication of the newsletter. If no response is received from the advertiser by the end of the day, the ad will be considered approved and will be published.
Best Practices
- Limit text on your advertisement image, make sure that no more than 30% of the image has text.
- Limit the number of logos on your advertisement image
- Ad should contain a single, simple action for customers to take.
Featured Event Specs
Featured Event Listings sit at the top of our Today’s Events section and our Looking Ahead section. One featured event listing is available per section, with a maximum of two listing per newsletter.

Proofs
A screenshot of your display ad will be sent for review once the display ad is live. Links will be tested internally.

- Limit text on your advertisement image.
- Keep text as large as possible.
- Ad should contain a single, simple action for customers.
- No more than one logo.
Sponsored Content Specs
All sponsored content will be included in perpetuity on the La Esquina TX website, each article will be included in one newsletter.
Formatting
To clearly distinguish sponsored content from regular editorial content, articles will be labeled as “Sponsored” and will include recognition in the footer of the article.
Submit your logo and a link to be included with all sponsored content.

Deadlines
Any content written by a sponsor must be reviewed and edited by La Esquina TX prior to publication to ensure alignment of values and consistent voice. Sponsored content topics must be approved in advance.
Sponsored content articles must be submitted to La Esquina TX a minimum of one week before the publication date.
Proofs
A final draft of the sponsored content will be submitted to the advertiser two days before the publication date. If no response is received from the advertiser by the end of the day, the article will be considered approved and will be published.

- Include a UTM with your link that is unique to each sponsored content article.
- Include the La Esquina TX logo on your website to promote your community involvement.
- Share the sponsored content article(s) on your social media channels.
Content Underwriting Specs
All sponsored content will be included in perpetuity on the La Esquina TX website, each article will be included in one newsletter.

Transparency is important to La Esquina TX. All underwritten content will be labeled as such and will include sponsor recognition at the top and the bottom of the article.
Deadlines
Underwritten content topics must be approved in advance to ensure La Esquina TX has the capacity to execute.
Proofs
As a content underwriter, you will be financially supporting independent editorial coverage without being involved in the actual development of content. Because of this, no proofs will be sent.
Best Practices
- Include a UTM with your link that is unique to each underwritten content article.
- Include the La Esquina TX logo on your website to promote your community involvement.
- Share the underwritten content article(s) on your social media channels.
